Iowa City home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Iowa City rose by $900 while total sales decreased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 195 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 0.4% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 223 homes sold in Iowa City in June 2019.
