Tiffin home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Tiffin rose by $138,000 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 68.3% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Tiffin in June 2019.
