University Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in University Heights rose by $13,050 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $239,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in University Heights in the first half of 2019.
