Johnston home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Johnston rose by $61,500 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $263,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Johnston in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Johnston for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,698, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
