Carlisle home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Carlisle rose by $24,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carlisle in the second quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Carlisle for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,752, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
