Windsor Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Windsor Heights rose by $18,250 while total sales decreased by 31.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $196,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the first half of 2019.
