Eldridge home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Eldridge rose by $20,201 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $279,799 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Eldridge in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Eldridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,404, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
