Park View home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Park View rose by $23,800 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 10.9% increase over the $218,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Park View in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
