Center Point home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Center Point rose by $48,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,700 - a 30.6% increase over the $158,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Center Point in June 2019.
