The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Robins fell by $64,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,750 - a 19.2% decrease over the $335,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Robins in June 2019.
