Alburnett home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Alburnett rose by $92,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $318,650 - a 40.6% increase over the $226,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Alburnett in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Alburnett for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,387, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
