Windsor Heights home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Windsor Heights rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Windsor Heights in July 2019.
