Lone Tree home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Lone Tree rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,500 - a 10.5% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lone Tree in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Lone Tree for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,094, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
