North Liberty home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in North Liberty fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 4% decrease over the $199,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in North Liberty in August 2019.

The median sales tax in North Liberty for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,066, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
