Waukee home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Waukee rose by $9,126 while total sales decreased by 39.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $258,874 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Waukee in August 2019.
