Central City home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Central City fell by $21,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,500 - a 13.4% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Central City in August 2019.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
