Coggon home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Coggon fell by $21,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 15.5% decrease over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Coggon in September 2019, as well.
