North Liberty home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in North Liberty rose by $29,750 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,250 - a 15.6% increase over the $190,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in North Liberty in September 2019.
