Pleasant Hill home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Pleasant Hill rose by $41,500 while total sales increased by 86.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 21.7% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in September 2019.
