Carlisle home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Carlisle fell by $33,350 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 28.2% decrease over the $118,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carlisle in October 2019.
