Center Point home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Center Point fell by $36,600 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,400 - a 16% decrease over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Center Point in November 2019, as well.
