Marion home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Marion rose by $53,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,000 - a 30.7% increase over the $174,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Marion in November 2019.
