Robins home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Robins fell by $28,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $308,500 - a 8.3% decrease over the $336,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Robins in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Robins for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,496, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
