Marion home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Marion rose by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 772 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 921 homes sold in Marion in 2019.
