Princeton home prices fell in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Princeton fell by $115,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 51.1% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Princeton in 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Princeton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,620, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for 2020.
