2020: Cascade experienced a 36.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Cascade rose by $43,000 while total sales increased by 52%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 36.8% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Cascade in 2019.

The median sales tax in Cascade for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,052, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for 2020.
