Palo home prices fell in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Palo fell by $38,100 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,900 - a 16.1% decrease over the $237,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Palo in 2019.

The median sales tax in Palo for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,969, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for 2020.
