2020: Epworth experienced a 5.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Epworth rose by $9,200 while total sales increased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $161,800 median sale price for the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Epworth in 2019.
