Carlisle home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Carlisle rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Carlisle in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Carlisle for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,752, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
