The second half of 2020: Windsor Heights experienced a 2.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Windsor Heights fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Windsor Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,644, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
