Rising home prices in Minburn in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Minburn rose by $33,767 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 35.1% increase over the $96,233 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Minburn in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Minburn for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,905, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
