Springville median home prices fell by 0.7% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Springville fell by $975 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $130,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Springville in the second half of 2019.
