Farley median home prices rose by 4.4% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Farley rose by $6,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $152,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Farley in the second half of 2019.
