The second half of 2020: Home prices in Granger (Polk County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Granger in Polk County rose by $9,945 while total sales increased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,220 - a 3.6% increase over the $279,275 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Granger in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Granger for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,246, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
