Epworth median home prices rose by 13.9% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Epworth rose by $21,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $152,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Epworth in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Epworth for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,627, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
