Home prices increased in Le Claire during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Le Claire rose by $113,869 while total sales increased by 1328.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,284 - a 67.2% increase over the $169,415 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Le Claire in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Le Claire for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,374, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
