The fourth quarter of 2020: Home prices in Perry increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Perry rose by $17,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,750 - a 18.9% increase over the $94,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Perry in the fourth quarter of 2019, as well.
