The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Pleasant Hill rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 42.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,500 - a 3.4% increase over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,616, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
