The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Central City was unchanged while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000. There were nine homes sold in Central City in the fourth quarter of 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $140,000.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
