Home prices decreased in Hiawatha during the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Hiawatha fell by $11,223 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 6.3% decrease over the $178,723 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Hiawatha in the fourth quarter of 2019.
