How did home prices perform in De Soto during the fourth quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in De Soto rose by $35,100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in De Soto in the fourth quarter of 2019.
