Granger (Polk County) median home prices rose by 2% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Granger in Polk County rose by $5,655 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,275 - a 2% increase over the $284,620 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Granger in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Granger for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,246, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
