Center Point home prices fell in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Center Point fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,500 - a 1.7% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Center Point in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
