Rising home prices in Asbury in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Asbury rose by $30,050 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $277,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $246,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Asbury in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Asbury for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,108, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
