Pricing for the median home in Marion increased during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Marion rose by $27,750 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 17% increase over the $163,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Marion in December 2019.
