Median home prices in Center Point fell to $203,000 in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Center Point fell by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Center Point in December 2019.
