Pricing for the median home in Mount Vernon increased during December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Mount Vernon rose by $5,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $220,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Vernon in December 2019.
