December 2020: Home prices in Robins increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Robins rose by $31,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,500 - a 10% increase over the $316,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Robins in December 2019, as well.
