January 2021: Marion experienced a 3.6% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Marion fell by $5,900 while total sales decreased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,100 - a 3.6% decrease over the $163,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Marion in January 2020.
