February 2021: Lisbon experienced a 55.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lisbon fell by $49,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 55.1% decrease over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lisbon in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 7.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
